To be eligible for the job, candidates should have an MBA/MBM/Master’s degree or a 4-year Honors/Graduation degree in any discipline from a Public or Private University approved by the UGC. They must have achieved a 1st class/division in all academic exams, with a minimum GPA of 4.00 out of 5.00 in both S.S.C and H.S.C or equivalent exams, and a CGPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 or 3.75 out of 5.00 in Honors/Graduation and Master’s exams.
