Conditions for applying for Palli Bikash Kendra Recruitment:
The working area of the candidates for the 1st and 2nd post will be at the village level of Kishoreganj, Gazipur, Narsingdi, Narayanganj, Comilla and remote areas of Dhaka district.
The working area of the candidates for the 1st post will be Head Office, Dhaka but according to the type of work and requirement the candidate will have to stay in the field.
Candidates for all posts should be proficient in computer driving and candidates for post No. 1 and 2 should be proficient in driving motor cycles.
2nd and 3rd post candidates having their own motorcycle will be given preference. Candidates for the post of Field Officer (No. 2 post – those with no experience) should undergo hands-on training for at least 1 month at the branch office of Palli Vikas Kendra after the initial selection.
After successful completion of training candidates will be appointed as field officers in branch office. 5,000/- (Five thousand) as a one-time allowance for the training period will be paid to the candidates for the post of Field Officer (No. 2-No Experience) on successful completion of training.
Besides, candidates of all posts will be included in permanent pay structure as per company policy after successful completion of 6 months probationary period and will include 3 annual festival allowance, motorcycle allowance, mobile bill and provident fund, gratuity and various incentive benefits.
