Adhering to the organization’s financial management guidelines while performing all accounting responsibilities. Keeping up-to-date with financial matters related to government and private institutions, as well as the MRA (Mention the full form of MRA here). Managing attendance, movement, leave, and maintaining relevant registers. Assisting in the formulation of the annual work-plan and preparing budgets accordingly. Controlling the approved budget, preparing budget variance reports on a quarterly basis, and informing the authorities.

Preparing and maintaining essential financial documents such as Cash Book, General Ledger, Income and Expenditure Accounts, Receipts and Payments Accounts, and relevant reports.

Preparing monthly fund requisitions, coordinating with the Zonal Office and other relevant offices for funding matters. Overseeing purchase and sale transactions, as well as managing store and fixed asset-related activities in alignment with organizational policies. Facilitating worker clearance procedures and generating various financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis as required by the authorities.
