Conditions for applying for the appointment of Ministry of Water Resources:

The age limit of the candidate as on 01 September 2023 should be as described in column 3 of the notification. However, the age limit is relaxable up to 18-32 years in case of sons and daughters of veer mukti joddha/martyr veer mukti joddha and physically challenged. By sending 02 SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile Number for Serial No. 1-2 Posts Rs.200/- (Two Hundred) and Service Charge of Teletalk Rs.23/- Total Rs.223/- (Two Hundred and Twenty Three) and 100/- (One Hundred) for examination fee for rank 3 post and total of 112/- (One hundred times) including Teletalk service charge of 12/-Tk. Application fee should be paid through SMS.

Water Resources Ministry Recruitment Exam Admit Card Download:

Water resources ministry recruitment exam admit card or admit card download will be informed to the eligible candidates through SMS in due course. However, those candidates who are considered ineligible will not receive any SMS regarding admit card download. Receipt of Water Resources Ministry Recruitment Exam admit card will be intimated in due course on website mowr.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates).

All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the information such as Roll Number, Post Name, Photo, Exam Date, Time and Place/Centre Name etc. Candidates must produce the admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of passing the oral test

Conditions for Participation in Ministry of Water Resources Recruitment Exam:

According to the Ministry of Water Resources recruitment circular 2023, the recruitment test will be conducted in two phases. The two phases are:

1. written test
2. oral examination
3. Computer proficiency test for other qualifications. (as per rank).

Only the candidates who qualify the written test will be given the opportunity to participate in the oral test. All the candidates are required to produce the following documents at the time of oral examination. Original copy must be produced. 01 attested copy of each should be taken along.

All levels of educational qualification certificate.
Citizenship certificate.
Certificate obtained from social service office in case of physical disabilities.
Freedom fighter certificate of candidates applying for freedom fighter quota.
Character certificate.
Father’s ID card or birth certificate.

Written and Oral Test will be conducted for all posts. The venue, date and schedule of the examination will be informed by SMS to the candidates’ mobile phones in due course. This Ministry formulates all types of policies, plans, strategies, guidelines and laws, rules, regulations etc. for the development and management of water resources and the management and control of the departments under it. does This ministry prepares and implements development projects on flood control, irrigation and drainage, prevention of riverbank erosion, delta development, land reclamation, etc. through the construction of barrages, regulators, flumes, canals, embankments, rubber dams, flood control dams, coastal embankments and canals.
