Conditions for applying for Ministry of Culture Recruitment:
Age limit 18-30 years as on 01 July, 2023 for general candidates, sons and daughters of minority ethnic groups and sons and daughters of valiant freedom fighters/martyred valiant freedom fighters. Age limit is relaxable up to 40 years in case of departmental candidates (Serial No. 2 and 3). Age limit is acceptable up to 18-32 years in case of sons and daughters of veer freedom fighter/martyr veer freedom fighter and physically challenged. Affidavit is not admissible in determining age.
Procedure to Apply Online for Ministry of Culture Recruitment:
Visit http://moca.teletalk.com.bd/ website.
Click on Application Form option.
Select any one of the 04 posts and click on Next.
Select No then click Next again.
You will get Ministry of Culture Job Application Form.
Online Application Fee Submission Procedure for Ministry of Cultural Affairs Recruitment:
You will get a User ID in the Applicant’s Copy that will be given to you if you complete the Ministry of Culture Recruitment form online correctly. Application fee should be submitted using this User ID. By sending 02 SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number, the application fee for the first consecutive post No. 01-03 is Rs. 223/- and for the remaining post No. 04 is Rs. 112/-. Application fee should be paid through SMS.

1st SMS: Send MOCA <space> User ID to 16222
2nd SMS: Send MOCA <space> Yes <space> PIN to 16222
Note: After sending the first SMS you will be given a PIN number in the return SMS which you will use in the second SMS.
If the second SMS is sent correctly, you will be given a password in the return SMS which should be saved with the User ID. User ID and Password will be useful later to download admit card.
