Conditions for Custom House Dhaka Application:

01/03/2023 AD Age limit is 18-30 years in case of general candidates, minority ethnic groups, orphans, sons-daughters of Ansar-VDP candidates and sons-daughters of valiant freedom fighters/martyred valiant freedom fighters. Age limit is 18-32 years in case of sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. The tenure of the departmental candidates is relaxable up to 40 (forty) years for the posts of Clerk-cum-Computer Operator, Senior Assistant, Numerologist-cum-Computer Operator and Office Assistant-cum-Computer Numerologist. No affidavit will be admissible for proof of age.

Custom House Dhaka recruitment exam admit card or admit card download will be informed to eligible candidates through SMS in due course. However, those candidates who are considered ineligible will not receive any SMS regarding admit card download. Receipt of Admit Card of Custom House Dhaka Recruitment Exam will be intimated on website (http://dch.teletalk.com.bd/) and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only to eligible candidates) in due course.

All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the information such as Roll Number, Post Name, Photo, Exam Date, Time and Place/Centre Name etc. Candidates must produce the admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of passing the oral test

Conditions for participation in Custom House Dhaka Recruitment Exam:

According to Custom House Dhaka Recruitment Circular 2023, the recruitment test will be conducted in two stages

1. written test
2. oral examination
3. Computer proficiency test for other qualifications. (as per rank).

Only the candidates who qualify the written test will be given the opportunity to participate in the oral test. All the candidates are required to produce the following documents at the time of oral examination. Original copy must be produced. 01 attested copy of each should be taken along.

Citizenship certificate.
Certificate obtained from social service office in case of physical disabilities.
Freedom fighter certificate of candidates applying for freedom fighter quota.
