BSEC approved the IPO of the company to raise the capital of Tk 15 crore from the market through the Fixed Price Method.

According to the financial statement for the company’s net asset value (NAV) per share is Tk. 17.37 and the earnings per share (EPS) was Tk.  1.51 for the year ended on June 30, 2019. The Company’s main activities are manufacturing and supplying of industrial and medical gases, welding products, and supplementary types of equipment. In addition to Oxygen, Associated Oxygen Limited AOL installed an additional facility for compressing waste Nitrogen into commercial-grade Nitrogen and over the years upgraded all its services. Associated Oxygen Ltd. (AOL) can now supply Oxygen and Nitrogen in liquid and gaseous forms to Industries and Hospitals or Medicinal through its own sales network.
